Re:Versions - TOra 2.0 and Abacus Formula Compiler 1.2

TOra - TOra, Toolkit for Oracle, has been updated to version 2.0. TOra is an application for database developers and administrators which gives them a GUI tool to work on databases. TOra also supports MySQL and Postgresql. The new release sees an updated Postgres browser, a unit testing tool, Oracle 11g support and improvements to stability, memory usage and performance. Also of note, this is the first QT OpenSource based release which runs on Windows. TOra is licenced under the GPL.

Abacus Formula Compiler - Abacus Formula Compiler version 1.2 has been released, adding support for Microsoft Open Office XML spreadsheets. AFC compiles spreadsheets into executable libraries which can be embedded into applications. This allows for applications where part of the specification may be defined by a users spreadsheet to be directly implemented using that spreadsheet, rather than for example, using a scripting language or hand converting the functionality. AFC is available under a commercial licence and under the GPL for free/open source projects.
