OTRS Help Desk software as a SaaS solution

The open source OTRS Help Desk software is now available as a Software as a Service (SaaS) variant called OTRS OnDemand. Vendor OTRS AG plans to use this service solution to target in particular small and medium-sized businesses which only have limited technical, human or financial resources available, but still require a help desk solution.

OTRS OnDemand offers a "Pack & Go" feature which allows users to export all communications as well as the configuration, for instance – for transfer to a stand-alone OTRS Help Desk. The SaaS solution can be tested as a free 30-day trial version, after that it costs $30 (approx. £19) per month.
