The welcome keynote will be presented by Linux Foundation Executive Director Jim Zemlin. The Linux Kernel Panel will feature Linux maintainer and Novell Engineer James Bottomley, Kernel Developer and LWN Editor Jon Corbet, developer Thomas Gleixner and Ext3 filesystem co-maintainer Andrew Morton. A panel of experts from the Yacto Project will discuss collaboration in the embedded Linux community and Linux Kernel Developer Greg Kroah-Hartman will also moderate a panel.
The Linux Foundation Collaboration Summit is an 'invitation-only' event which gathers core kernel developers, distribution maintainers, ISVs, end users, system vendors and other community organisations together to resolve the most pressing issues facing Linux today. Videos of the 2010 Collaboration Summit are available online.
The complete Collaboration Summit schedule is available on the Linux Foundation's events web site. The Linux Foundation is a non-profit organisation dedicated to the task of promoting the growth of Linux. Linus Torvalds, the creator of Linux, is himself sponsored by the foundation.
