LibreOffice Conference Logo The Document Foundation (TDF) has announced that it is now accepting submissions for this year's LibreOffice Conference (LibOCon). The 2011 event will take place from 12 to 15 October 2011 in Paris.

The conference will feature of a total of five district tracks: Development, Community, Marketing, an ODF Master Class and Technical Bird of Feather Sessions. The organisers note that only the first four tracks will be open for the call for papers, as the fifth, the Technical Bird of Feather Sessions, will consist of a series of ten minute lightning talks and discussions. A full list of featured talks and speakers will be posted to the LibOCon web site "soon".

Multiple proposals are allowed. The final call for papers deadline is 22 July. Proposals will be evaluated by a committee of community members.
