LibreOffice API documentation now online

LibreOffice logo One of the results of the Munich 2011 Hackfest for LibreOffice is now available: online documentation for the LibreOffice API. The developers at the three day hackfest, which ran from 2 to 4 September, have produced an online version of the existing documentation which will make it easier for new potential contributors to navigate around the LibreOffice codebase.

The documentation covers all of LibreOffice 3.4's API, installation and build instructions, reference documentation for the Java UNO Runtime and C++ UNO Runtime systems, and an overview of the UNO development tools. Other achievements of the hackfest included enhancements to the Visio Import filter, RTF support and fixing Calc bugs.
