Jedox opens BI shop in UK

Palo logo Jedox, the German BI (Business Intelligence) vendor has opened an office in Henley-on-Thames. Lead by Country Manager Paul Newman, the new branch will be responsible for the distribution of open source business intelligence software in the UK and Ireland. Jedox had previously opened a branch in France in 2008.

Jedox is the driving force behind the free in-memory OLAP Server Palo. Since this spring, the company offers Palo, bundled with Worksheet and ETL Server as the Palo BI Suite 3.0, with the bundled components complementing the server analysis, reporting and ETL capabilities of the package. The combined package is available as a free community version or as a paid for Enterprise version, the latter with professional support and warranty.
