Grails developers get Party Time for social networking
A newly released project Party Time aims to bring social networking features to Grails developers by providing a library of plug-ins which add user registration, OpenID and local authentication, user to user messaging and public and private groups. The developers say they took their inspiration from Pinax, a similar library for Django, which already supports features that are planned for Party Time, such as blogging, microblogging and group events.
Party Time 0.1 is available under an Apache licence, and the project is sponsored by Favorite Medium.
