Eclipse 3.5.1 released

Eclipse Developer Chris Aniszczyk has announced the availability of the first point update to the 3.5 branch of the Eclipse integrated development environment (IDE). The Eclipse Galileo release train service release addresses a of number bugs and compatibility issues found in the previous 3.5 release. The developers advise all users to update and note that the changes may affect some plug-ins and features.

More details about the release can be found in the release notes. Eclipse 3.5.1 is available to download and is released under the Eclipse Foundation Software User Agreement. The next major release of Eclipse, version 3.6 code named Helios, is expected to be released on the 23rd of June, 2010.
