Black Duck joins Linux Foundation

Black Duck, provider of legal counsel and licence compliance and management software, has joined the Linux Foundation. Black Duck will collaborate with the Linux Foundation and its members on legal programs to support open source and Linux development. Black Duck will also take part in the second Linux Foundation Legal Summit being held in October, a forum for developing effective collaboration in the development of legal policies that support open development models.
