I'm sorry if I am the only person with this feeling...
This marks a very dark day for gnome in my book... I LIKED the way
gnome was set up in the past... this whole "reteaching people how to
think" garbage is what pushed me away from windows in the first
place.
You don't need to change the gnome-menu system, you don't need to
change the file browser, and no; I don't want to look for files based
on WHEN I opened them last... I work with retards who think like that
and frankly it disturbs me that a company is so riddled with that
kind of thinking as to think the masses think like them!!!
If you want to ADD a new set of applets and filemanagers, WHILE
MAINTAINING THE OLD ONES AS WELL, then fine. I can live with that...
but I don't think this will be the case... will it?
If the gnome dev team "does the right thing" (their words) then I'm
afraid I will have to find a different GUI.
