Another thing many don't realize is that Mandriva offers users a true
choice between KDE and GNOME.
Neither is a default desktop and while Mandriva probably offers the
best KDE experience (openSUSE is quite excellent also), they also
offer a superb GNOME desktop as well.
I say Mandriva's GNOME experience is no less than equal to those of
Ubuntu and Fedora.
