If let say, the rights of Model Toyota Camry w/ an engine of 2.0L
2SFE was sold.
Can Toyota make another car model with the same engine without
violating anything? If the answer is YES, i guess Novell wins, if the
answer is NO, i guess SCO will get billions of dollars. What do you
think?
If you are a programmer or a software analyst, some basic codes can
be the major concept, right?
and if you took the major concept to create another product, are you
violating something?
