One of the jokes Hurd has for you is the 1GB file system limitation.
Here is the recipe for fail: Start with the brilliant idea to
memory-map the entire file system, fold in the limitations of a
32-bit address space and divide into portions even smaller than that
since 100% of your address space can't be used for file system.
Serves 1GB.

Decades later when 64-bit address space would immediately alleviate
this issue by providing a much larger address space continue the joke
by not being ported to 64-bits.
