VMware plugs security holes

VMware has issued updates for its virtualisation products: VMware Workstation, VMware Player, VMware ACE, VMware Server and VMware ESX. Along with other bug fixes, it has eliminated vulnerabilities that enabled local attackers to implement denials of service, escalate their privileges on the host system, and run arbitrary malicious code.
