Fedora 8 and 9 updates begin to flow again

After the intrusion into Fedora's servers last month, the Fedora project is now updating its repositories with newly signed packages. To complete this process, users will need to install a small set of updates to fedora-release on Fedora 8 or fedora-release, PackageKit and gnome-packagekit on Fedora 9. These updates will then switch users to a new repository with more updates available and this repository will become the new standard route for updates for future. The process also requires that the user imports, verifies and accepts the new GPG key that the new packages are signed with. Fedora has made a guide to the updating process available.
