no Android phone "Agora" from Kogan for the time being 18 January 2009 09:51
On "16 JAN 2009" Kogan released an announcement on their RSS feed,
saying "all customers who pre-ordered the Agora will receive a full
refund. All refunds will be processed within 7 days".
