Sure Vista is great when you first use it and after you got over the
frustration of translating the XP way to the Vista way. It's great if
your new laptop or PC comes with sufficient RAM. If you forget how
easy it's use your Web cam in XP. If you forget how easy it is to
watch DVD movies on XP and if you do not look enviously at your
neighbor who uses the same laptop with XP. The Experiment was flawed
because, the majority of early and present testers have lived with
the beast a while. My HP dv2000 runs vista Ultimate 64 with 4 gig of
RAM and after some heavy tweaking yes it is now great. Not all users
are as dedicated to speed as I am.
