Inaccuracies 12 December 2008 17:20
Your article has a number of factual errors:
1. kde 3.5.10 is included not 3.5.7
2. udev and hal have not been added in 12.2 - they've been around
since 11.0 ( 3 years )
3. kde 4.1.x has been available for Slackware for quite some time
already in /testing - I've been using them on a number of desktops
for many months so it's quite functional
Lastly, comparing Slackware to other distros reveals that very few
packages are behind - those that are behind, are done for security
and reliability reasons.
