DSpeech: Text-to-speech program with automatic speech recognition, compatible with any type of text. It saves spoken text as a WAV, MP3 or OGG file and allows you to choose and combine different voices (installed separately). No installation is necessary and the program doesn’t save entries in the computer registry. The official website is currently unavailable.
