Creates and edits subtitles in ASS format so that they can be inserted into video files. ASS format offers numerous commands for character formatting and transformation. Supports among others UTF-7, UTF-8, UTF-16LE as well as UTF-16BE, offers syntax highlighting and can also import subtitles which are not based on Unicode.
