Dirk Jesse, developer of the CSS framework YAML (Yet Another Multicolumn Layout), has, after three years of development, launched an alpha version of his online web page editor Thinkin' Tags. The browser-based tool is designed to help create rapid prototypes and CSS layouts for web sites with readable generated code. The system actively looks for correct usage of core layout elements to ensure the robustness of the generated code.

Currently supported CSS frameworks are YAML and Blueprint CSS, but more frameworks are promised soon. The development environment uses HTML5 and JavaScript at the client side and Node.js and MongoDB on the server. The system is currently available to use as a guest with data being stored local to the browser.
