VisualSVN 3.0 adds support for Visual Studio 2012

With version 3.0, VisualSVN has added full support for the latest 2012 release of Microsoft's Visual Studio development environment to its Subversion integration plugin. The new 3.0 release of the package extension uses version 1.7.8 of the TortoiseSVN Windows client, which must be installed separately, to integrate the Apache Subversion source code control system. It can also be used with previous versions of Visual Studio from 2005 to 2010.

Source: VisualSVN As well as having a separate "Pending Changes" overview window, version 3.0 also displays change markers ("Quick Diff") right next to the code editor's scrollbar, making the areas in question easier to find. Other new features include improved keyboard shortcuts, the exclusion of temporary LightSwitch folders by default, Quick Diff navigation buttons in the XML Editor, and support for Red Gate SQL Connect and Python Tool projects.

Commercial licences have been extended to include a "Professional Licence" for small organisations, which is priced at $79 per developer; a simplified "Site License" for large organisations costs $2,750. A free Community License is available but can only be used on systems that are not a member of an Active Directory domain. For open source projects, an Open Source Developer Licence is also available at no charge.
